One thing I've been doing during the pandemic is walking for miles. Here are some of the highlights:
The 42nd Street branch of the New York Public Library
A small park near the American Museum of Natural History
Giant horse sculptures by Jean-Marie Appriou near the southeast entrance to Central Park
Central Park (I don't have photos of all the places from these last few months, but they range from the pond at the southeast corner to the Harlem Meer at the northeast corner and a ton of places in between, including the Ramble)
The East River
The Hudson River
First time I set foot in a Barnes & Noble in months (milestone event)
Rockefeller Center
Wall Street bull
Bowling Green
Freedom Tower
Brookfield Place (World Financial Center)
Times Square
Bryant Park
These photos remind me of the traveling gnome.
